Très LA Bistro & Café, the newly opened French-inspired dining destination nestled inside the iconic Pacific Design Center, recently celebrated its highly anticipated Grand Opening Debut in style. Bringing together elevated cuisine, sophisticated design, and an effortlessly chic atmosphere, the new hotspot is already positioning itself as one of West Hollywood’s most coveted dining and social destinations.

Blending Parisian-inspired elegance with a distinctly Los Angeles energy, Très LA Bistro & Café delivers the kind of refined yet vibrant experience the city has been craving. From its thoughtfully curated chef-driven menu to the lively ambiance, every detail feels intentionally designed to create an unforgettable escape from the ordinary. The soiree introduced the restaurant’s transportive Parisian-meets-California atmosphere with curated chef-driven bites from Executive Chef Julio Castorena, live entertainment and music, and signature cocktails by Beverage Director Brad Lewandowski.The grand celebration was an immersive first look at the highly anticipated happy hour and evening dining experience launching May 11th.

Designed by Très LA Group Founder & CEO Alan Dunn, the restaurant blends old-world European elegance with contemporary Los Angeles style, creating a cinematic hospitality experience in the heart of West Hollywood.

Throughout the evening, attendees sampled curated bites from Executive Chef Julio Castorena while sipping signature cocktails crafted by Beverage Director Brad Lewandowski. Guests moved throughout both the indoor and outdoor spaces as DJs kept the energy high and the dance floor active well into the night.

Outside, attendees enjoyed multiple buffet stations featuring steak frites, mushroom frites, and other elevated bites, while inside, fully stocked charcuterie displays and additional chef-driven offerings set the tone for the evening. The sneak peek offered an insider’s look at the elevated food and beverage experience this new hotspot brings to West Hollywood.
