Raw Fabrics Release Their EP, "Plastic Joy" on august 18th

Known for their guitar driven songs, LA-based alternative rock trio Raw Fabrics, is set to release their second EP "Plastic Joy" on August 18th. In celebration of the release Raw Fabrics will be having their EP release party at The Roxy in Hollywood!

"It's a pretty intense EP and has a lot modern production and classic guitar rock," states Raw Fabrics singer/songwriter Jack B. Franco. "It talks about a lot of feeling and confusion in society today."

Raw Fabrics originally formed in February 2013 and includes: Jack B. Franco (Singer/Songwriter/Guitar); Player Jon Fredrik (Drums), Justus Dixon (Bass/Background Vocals) together they pride themselves for their originality, their ability to grow as artists, and blending over time.

"The idea of taking different elements, the raw fabrics (or) the raw elements and combining them. Approaching music differently and not being really strict with what we do," explains Franco. "Creatively and lyrically we don't out ourselves in a box."

Their first album, Gold Handcuffs, released in 2014, hit the charts which garnished major buzz. Since, they have shared the stage with Alt-J and Weezer to name a few.

In terms of this EP the trio taps into a more relatable sense. "There's a little bit of spiritual element in songwriting," states Franco. "I wanted to get creative. (This EP) is about pushing forward, accepting change, and dealing with it."

Currently Raw Fabrics is gearing for their tour which kicks off in their home town, Los Angeles,
