Mon Ami Santa Monica Debuts a Tantalizing Brunch Menu for Every Palate
Taking over Santa Monica, Pacific Coast Hospitality (PCH) Group, the team behind LA’s westside top nightclub, Canary, and the newest trendy beachside Mediterranean restaurant & bar courtyard lounge off Ocean Avenue, Mon Ami, launched their highly anticipated new brunch weekend menu recently — giving foodies something to celebrate!
The new hot spot has made quite a name for itself since it’s debut earlier this year. The chic space not only boasts a welcoming patio with pastel hues, but the inside delivers an intimate cozy setting perfect for the any occasion.
Inspired by the enhanced flair of flavors and spirits from several countries located on or by the Mediterranean Sea such as Spain, Greece, Italy, France, Morocco, & many more, Mon Ami will focus the brunch menu with an emphasis on a variety of indulging classic breakfast plates with a unique flair to name a few, the PCH Steak & Eggs, Mon Ami French Toast, Sicilian Scramble and light options such as the Honey Greek Parfait and Spicy Vegan Scramble. Culinary specialties include their house-made Spanish Salchica and Moroccan-inspired Shakshuka which is a nice culinary journey. The presentation is just the beginning of the level of flavors you’ll experience in this dish. Opt to add on a 3oz steak and it’s sheer perfection!
If you’re looking for something a bit light, yet decadent, try the house favorite — Potato Zeppole which is Crispy Savory Potato Donuts served with a Spicy Tomato Dip. Whatever you opt for, don’t skip the beverages as they are equally refreshing and impressive. Mon Ami will offer daytime refreshing sips like the Capri Spritz, Sangre de Maria (Gazpacho-based Bloody Mary), The Tiramisu Latte cocktail, or my personal favorite the French 310!
Mon Ami’s weekend brunch hours will operate daily on Saturdays and Sundays 11am - 3pm, with a smaller combined buffer menu of light daytime and dinner selections available from 3pm-5pm and will remain with dinner starting at 5pm til close.
