The ingredient-forward, world-class dining destination is now under the purview of talented Chef de Cuisine Elijah Deleon who infuses his Mexican-Philippine heritage in its hyper-seasonal menu, consistently delivering dishes that are both comforting, innovative and constantly spotlighting the local farms showcased at the Santa Monica Farmer’s market.
