Ketel One Family-Made Vodka joined forces once again with GLAAD at their annual media awards ceremony in Los Angeles. The Beverly Hilton provided the perfect venue to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and the incredible progress made by powerhouses dedicated to advancing representation in the media.

Renowned Latin pop singer and five-time Grammy award winner, Christina Aguilera, was awarded the Advocate for Change Award in tribute to her activism surrounding LGBTQ issues. Reggatón sensation, Bad Bunny, received the Vanguard Award in recognition of his allyship with the LGBTQ community as he is known for actively using his platform to uplift traditionally underexposed voices. Jeremy Pope, most recently known for his filmography in The Inspection and the FX Series Pose took home the Stephen F. Kolzak award which is given to an LGBTQ media professional who has increased queer visibility and acceptance throughout their work. Their ongoing efforts to champion and support the LGBTQ+ community demonstrate a dedication and courage we all can learn from.

A major highlight of the evening was the on-stage toast moment from singer, activist, actress, and world-famous Drag Queen, Shangela, and Dancing with the Star’s star, Gleb. The two took the stage to “raise a glass to members of our LGBTQ family who bring joy and magic to the world, and champion progress everywhere they go,” with a little help from Ketel One! Guests also enjoyed performances from GLAAD music award nominees, Fletcher and Orville Peck who sang their hits.

The star-studded evening included presenters, winners, and guests including Jennifer Coolidge, Diplo, Meredith Marks, Chrishell Stause, Johnny Sibilly, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Joel Kim Booster, Gabrielle Union, Abbi Jacobson, Billy Eichner, and Hannah Einbinder.

Guests had the chance to enjoy the GLAAD You Came, a signature Ketel One cocktail crafted specifically for the evening. Additional Ketel One Family Made Vodka sips were enjoyed, including The After-After Party (Ketel Espresso Martini), The Bold & The Bubbles (Ketel and Soda), and the Ketel One Cooler (Cucumber Cooler).
