Green Oasis Club – A Cannabis Subscription Box Dedicated to Elevating Underrepresented Communities

Finally, a subscription box we can get behind! Green Oasis Club is a monthly cannabis discovery box in LA County, that not only supports small businesses, but delivers the latest and greatest in the cannabis industry to consumers.

Fulfilled by their partners at The Green Room in Long Beach, the recently launched subscription box delivers the best in cannabis right to your doorstep! Price ranges from $100-150, depending on the products in the box, but trust it will be worth while! Price varies monthly so they can support BIPOC-owned businesses while providing you a value!

The box for October included the following brands:

Organnabliss Pre-Rolls from Humboldt, Garden Society Spiced Dark Chocolate and Full Flower Rosettes, Bambino by KGB Reserve  and the Hybrid LakeGrade

Each item in this carefully curated box was well received. The spiced dark chocolate was truly incredible. It’s rich dark chocolate with cinnamon and chili, infused with a sativa hybrid. Be warned that this spiced dark chocolate is highly addictive. Another offering from the Garden Society was the flower rosettes. These are perfect for a tiny pick me up during the day. The pre-rolls are very fragrant and simply perfect! The full flower rosettes are CBD, if CBD isn’t for you there are other options available as well.

Bambino by KGB Reserve is a pre-roll that really packs a punch! It’s half a gram of super premium flower, infused with distillate and sauce, then swaddled with a light dusting of top shelf kief. Don’t let this pre-roll fool you – it’s powerful!

The Hybrid LakeGrade really is the showstopper of the box! It fresh, clean, and effective and is overall a premium herb. One hit of this will reconnect your mind, body, and spirit.

Each month there is a new box that will highlight different brands for consumers to expand their knowledge and also for pure enjoyment. For October, Green Oasis Club created a virtual guided experience that complemented the box to build a sense of community as consumers enjoyed the cannabis in lockdown together.

To further the experience, a dedicated group of judges will partake in an “unboxing” event to discuss the contents of the box and share their thoughts. One lucky product will be “crowned” the “Best in Box,” which is essentially a stamp of approval to give brands a leg up in getting shelf space in a dispensary. It’s a unique and fun approach to getting everyone involved.

Overall this is a box worth subscribing to! Regardless of your level of comfort or knowledge with the plant, the Green Oasis Club does a really solid job of incorporating a variety for consumers. It’s also an added bonus that the company stands by its mission is to elevate cannabis brands owned by women, veterans, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC. Which is so important because this is typically an industry dominated by white men while Black folks are being left behind.

Supporting underrepresented markets AND providing ‘high” quality goods is a subscription I can get behind. Now, only if it came with snacks….
