Bamford Wellness Spa is a spa devoted to nurturing the mind, body and spirit. The holistic approach is based around a heartfelt connection with nature, similar to the mission of 1 Hotels. Originally created by Carole Bamford in the English countryside, individually crafted treatments use specially formulated products from the Bamford body and skincare ranges made from natural and organic ingredients certified to the highest standard.
This particular location features five treatment rooms and a menu consisting of nourishing massages, facials, and day offerings. Treatment highlights include: Bamford Signature Treatment, this signature treatment combines carefully targeted ancient techniques that nurture your well-being, starting with an epsom salt foot bath, Bamford Wellness Facial that targets skin health from the outside in by combining two massage techniques including Gua Shua to ease muscle tension, support lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness. Guests can also add enhancements to treatments like Knesko Skin Collagen Gel Masks, Red Light Therapy, and Infrared Pulsed Electromagnetic Therapy Mat’s to reduce stress and sore muscles. During my visit I was able to try a few of their signature offerings which included the red light therapy paired, pulsed electromagnetic therapy paired with lying in Higher Dose’s sauna blanket. The experience was like no other, and I would visit Bamford Wellness Spa for this offering alone.
