We couldn’t end this list without mentioning a wine spritzer to throw in the mix. Toast to summer by using Sauvignon Blanc by Casillero del Diablo and creating the “Not Your Mother Wine Spritzer.” Created by Katie Stryjewski, mixologist and author of “Cocktails, Mocktails and Garnishes from the Garden,” this spritzer is perfect any picnic spread or just a day on the patio!

1 bottle Casillero del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc (750 ml)

3/4 cup elderflower liqueur

3/4 cup lemon juice

750 ml club soda

3 cups of Fresh herbs such as rosemary, mint, and thyme.

Method; Combine all ingredients in a pitcher with ice and stir very briefly. Garnish each glass with additional sprigs of herbs.
