It comes as no surprise the term "Superfood " has garnished a negative connotation as its Often described as flavorless and not fulfilling. However, Harvest Bar is here to change your views on Superfood and and show you just how the driven, health conscious food can be your next craveable meal.

“We invest in our customers by creating easy, delicious, and healthful food that makes people feel good. So far, they’ve responded enthusiastically by coming back again and again and spreading the word. Our brisk 40+% growth should continue into 2018 and see the addition of at least two more stores,” said Aric Haut, CEO & Founder of Harvest Bar.

We were able to sample a few items off of the menu. We ordered the Cuban bowl and Mediterranean bowl and from a true Texan I was pleasantly surprised. The Cuban was filled to the brim with flavor. Based with quinoa, black beans, mango chunks, onions, and jackfruit carnitas this bowl was EVERYTHING! Not only did it pack a kick but there were so many layers of flavor.  The Mediterranean bowl had your typical quinoa, beans, tomato, onion and a creamy yogurt sauce on top. We and so tried the protein mixes, super filling and great for those on-the-go!
