Fry Madness Review - A Gourmet Fry Bar Dedicated to the Real MVP

Let's be honest -- french fries are easily a crowd pleaser and always a hit and the creative Chef Shawn pushed the boundaries and began a culinary journey that resulted into Fry Madness, which has elevated french-fries into a whole new level. The combinations are enticing, exciting, and anything but lackluster. From gyro, pizza, snow crab to asada, spiced lobster, and dessert fries there is something for every taste bud.
The innovative delights don't stop there, they have special side sauces such as chutney mayo, lemon basil aioli, sriracha aioli, truffle aioli, bell pepper spread and more that will gear up your taste buds as well. Fry Madness also offers vegan, vegetarian, and many gluten-free options for your toppings -- if that doesn't scream LA then I don't know what does.

Two of my two favorites were the El Elotero Fries. Composed of: Blistered Cut Corn/ Cotija Cheese/ Cilantro Lime Sour Cream/ Tajin Dust, this is basically the fry version of my childhood favorites. It's the perfect balance of spice and tang and sheer perfection. Another interesting favorite was the Jerk Shrimp Fries. The shrimp was delicious and the Caribbean nectar was an interesting twist. We opted to take the waitress' recommendation and got a side of Sriracha Aioli, which provided the perfect amount of spice.
