Top Sips, Sights, and Bites of BottleRock 2023

BottleRock Napa Valley is finally here! For 10 years, the festival has brought the best of the best to one location. Throughout the weekend, festival goers will be able to see their favorite artists paired with impeccable bites from renowned chefs and incredible wineries.

Wine cabanas and beverage bars will be conveniently located throughout the festival grounds. All bars will be stocked with delicious pours from premium Napa Valley vintners, dozens of craft beers and artisanal cocktails made with top-shelf spirits including Ketel One Vodka, Don Julio Tequila, Hendrick's Gin, Aperol, Monkey Shoulder Scotch Whisky, Bulleit Bourbon, Captain Morgan and Baileys Irish Cream. Specialty non-alcoholic beverage companies Liquid Death, Waterloo Sparkling Water, Red Bull Energy and Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher will also be on hand providing refreshing pick me ups. With only three days to take it all in, making a choice can be quite difficult. We’ve narrowed down our top sips, sights, and bites for BottleRock 2023!

Monday Bakery:

New to the scene at BottleRock, Monday Bakery was a nice surprise. For $26.00 this delicious lobster croissant was worth the hype. Imagine a heaping scoop of lobster salad wedged between a semi-sweet flaky croissant - perfection!

Charlie’s:

Caviar at a music festival - sign me up! Here at Charlie’s you can expect Wagyu hot dogs, chips and caviar dip, crudités with pimento cheese. A light bit with a little bit of boujee on the side!

The Chairman:

This food truck never disappoints! Expect a bit of a line, but well worth it! There are two main options, a bao or a sandwich style, however, you can pick your protein of choice. Highly recommend trying the pork belly and the fried chicken! This year, they’re offering a sampler pack for $30.00 which includes 4 types of baos! Check them out if you have the chance!

Hendrick’s Gin 3-Story Bar:

The Hendrick’s Gin 3-Story Bar will be returning to BottleRock this year next to the Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage. For festival-goers craving delicious cocktails from a tremendously tall bar, Hendrick’s will be serving a variety of curiously refreshing craft cocktails available to order all weekend long.

Monkey Shoulder Whisky:

Monkey Shoulder Whisky is back with its epic Porta-Party speakeasy and I wanted to share some details should this be something your readers might be interested in!

A not-to-miss staple at BottleRock is Monkey Shoulder’s not-so-secret celebration, the “porta-party,” which invites festival-goers to enter the “bathroom” door that takes them right into a fun speakeasy! The party will feature DJs, a dancefloor, and delicious Monkey Shoulder cocktails to enjoy while partying the day away!

Good Times Alc-Free:

Good Times Alc-Free, a leading provider of non-alcoholic beverages, is proud to announce its partnership with BottleRock Napa Valley as a non-alcoholic cocktail, beer, and wine partner. The partnership was established in January, and Good Times Alc-Free will offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages at the highly-anticipated BottleRock Music Festival, taking place from May 26-28 at the Napa Valley Expo. As part of the partnership, Good Times Alc-Free will be offering a range of refreshing, handcrafted non-alcoholic cocktails, beers, and wines, including popular drinks like the "Build Your Own Buck," "Disco Daiquiri," "Party On Paloma," and "Sippin' Spagliatto." Featuring Non-Alcoholic Spirits from Lyre’s and Spiritless, the company will also serve a carefully curated selection of non-alcoholic beers and wines from premium producers like Lagunitas, Athletic Brewing, Barrel Brothers Brewing, and Sovi.

Aperol Spritz:

Aperol will be at BottleRock this year. Aperol will feature a newly-designed signature Aperol Piazza. The space will transport festival attendees to an Italian oasis, featuring vibrant colors, areas to chill via orange cooling umbrellas, photo opportunities and Aperol Spritz bars to enjoy a cocktail and spend some time with friends.

Not only will Aperol Spritz be sold on the grounds at BottleRock for attendees to enjoy with friends on-site, but attendees can also get their Spritz fix near the Aquatic Park shuttle service pickup/drop off location - Before or after the festival as well as these other locations:

JaM Cellars:

It wouldn’t be a trip to BottleRock without a crisp glass of Butter Chardonnay! Presenting sponsor JaM Cellars has their incredible fleet of wine pouring throughout the weekend. Another must try is the Butter Cabernet. The smooth blend is perfect for the transition into the evening hours. If you get a moment, check out the JaMPad, where you’ll see some of your favorite artists for an intimate performance.

In addition to the many food and beverage offerings, BottleRock Napa Valley offers an exciting and diverse lineup of musical artists and performers, including headliners Red Hot Chili Peppers, Post Malone, Lizzo, Duran Duran, Lil Nas X, The Smashing Pumpkins and more than 70 additional bands on six music stages, plus the highly entertaining Williams Sonoma culinary stage featuring top chef and celebrity mashups.
