Living in the "city of Angels" learning how to brunch is a MUST! With the sun shining and that perfect 90 degree weather a few lucky bloggers just took their brunch game up a few notches! Hosted by Chambord, a luxury black raspberry liqueur, bloggers hopped on board the All Chamboaaaard bus for an afternoon filled of delicious cocktails, tasty treats, and needless to say a rememberable journey to create the perfect brunch experience in LA!
First stop - Fleurish! Where you are the 'fleurist', this do-it-yourself flower bar is in a league of its own. In a cozy pocket in Brentwood, Fleurist had just about every flower you could imagine. Here we created our very own tablescape. Composed of a hollow pineapple as the base and a mixture of roses, peonies, and greenery these tablescapes were not only unique but a fun take on your centerpiece to make the perfect ambiance for brunching!
One of our final stops included a few tips from a few top chefs at Surfas, one of LA's favorite cheep chops! Using Chambord as a base for some and as a flavor enhancer for others the brunch style creations were decadent and created a indescribable mix of flavors for your palate. Many attendees were unaware of the versatility of this liqueur. From a fresh cocktail to a rich michelin inspired meal, Chambord is something that everyone can benefit from.
