Sparkling Hill was built in 2010 and is unlike many wellness spas. The location in itself is very prestige and serene. Each of the 149 guest rooms either view the Lake Okanagan or the mountains. The resort also has over 3.5 million crystals throughout which heightens and pays homage to its name Sparkling Hill.

The property has a very vast list of spa treatments which vary from deep tissue massage to various body wraps. Included with each reservation guests can enjoy 7 different saunas and steam rooms, indoor pool complete with underwater music and starry Swarovski crystal sky, hot pool, outdoor infinity pool, Kneipp water therapy, access to the tea and serenity room, Keiser-equipped fitness room to accentuate your stay and assist with the journey to wellness. The steam rooms and saunas each have a different effect. Where it is a steam room that is 40 degrees celsius and 100 % humidity or an igloo room full of iced walls this property has it all. The traditional European preventative health starts here and with all of its amenities it helps guests ease tension, increase circulation, and detox.

Besides being swept away by the spa treatments guests can also venture out and take one of many nature trails which are set to various fitness levels around the property. For the more adventurous soul: help-fishing, help-skiing, and helicopter wine tours are departed from their very own helipads. There is also golf courses nearby. In the summer, a variety of water sports can occur on the region's eight lakes while throughout the winter guests can ski or snowboard at the nearby Silver Star Mountain Resort.

Full service bar and restaurants are also on site. Peakfine dining treated guests to full 3-course meals using the most natural and freshest ingredients. Barrique & Java was a great place to grab lunch or grab a quick drink and coffee. The venue provided a perfect setting for a relaxed light bite. Included with each stay was also a full continental breakfast which included a variety of food such as: salmon, cheese plates, organize coffee and fresh juices in addition to breakfast staples such as: oatmeal, eggs, bagels, sausage, and more.

Sparkling Hill is a quick flight away from Los Angeles. Flying into the city of Kelowna (YLW) and a quick shuttle away, your zen moment awaits you! Shuttle to and from the airport is made by Elite Mile and is a very comfortable, timely shuttle that drops you off right at the front door.
